Additional Images from Epstein's Property Made Public by Democratic US Lawmakers
Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this new image release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a notes section labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for dock shelters.
More materials made public as part of the current investigative process.
